Hi all, my name is Zach and I am a rising senior at highlands. I have been a diver for a number of years and am excited to have the opportunity to coach this year. I can’t wait for a great season.

I am a rising senior at Northern Highlands, I've swam on a summer swim team since age 6 in Texas and continued to swim for Cruisers in Allendale. I am on the Highlands swim team and have been a lifeguard at Crestwood for the past 2 years, and am excited to coach Cruisers this year.

Zach Lenge - Assistant Dive Coach
I grew up in Southern California learning how to swim at the local YMCA. I swam varsity all four years of high school. I also lifeguarded and taught swimming lessons to help pay for college. I have been highly involved with my kids swimming summer rec in Texas and even swam with the masters group during the TAAF Summer Games of Texas, their state swim meet. I am excited to work hard this year to encourage greatness out of the Cruisers.

Alexa is a Sophomore at Rutgers University. Alexa has been swimming for years. She was a member of Bergen Barracuda and Crestwood Cruisers swim teams. She is also a lifeguard at Crestwood Lake.
Abby Henderson – Assistant Dive Coach

Tori has participated in Crestwood Cruisers as a member of both the swim and dive teams since she was five! At Northern Highlands, Tori is a varsity swim and track athlete, and a member of the junior varsity tennis team. Tori is also a certified professional ski instructor at Campgaw in the winter. She is looking forward to a great season!

I am a rising Sophomore at Northern Highlands. I have been swimming for over 7 years! I was a Jr Couch for 2 years before transitioning to Assistant Coach this year. I currently swim for Northern Highlands and Bergen Barracudas. I’m also an ALEOOOP counselor. I’m excited to coach this year!!

I am a graduate of Northern Highlands and just finished my first year of college at Muhlenberg. I was a Cruiser myself and swam for the highlands swim team as well. This is my 5th year lifeguarding at Crestwood and I am so excited to coach and have a great summer .
I just finished my freshman year at Bucknell University where I play lacrosse. I am a lifeguard at Crestwood Lake and swam for the Crestwood Cruisers when I was younger. This is my fifth year lifeguarding at Crestwood and I am very excited to coach the dive team this summer! I can't wait for another fun summer at Crestwood.
